I didn't create this work because I had it all figured out.
I created it because I desperately needed it—as a mother, as a psychologist, and as a woman who knew something had to change.

When you're triggered or overwhelmed, we use breathwork, mindset shifts, and body awareness to create space. Not to "control" your reactions, but to give you a moment to choose how you respond—from calm, not panic.
