I'm a psychologist, mindfulness teacher, and transformational coach—but I'm also a mother who knows what it's like to feel pulled in every direction.

That’s how I got here
Ten years ago, I looked calm on the outside—but inside, I was constantly wired, running on adrenaline, and quietly falling apart. I knew something had to change.
So I turned inward—into the practices I now teach: mindfulness, psychology, and transformational coaching.
Then I became a mother. And everything had to evolve.
That's when the MIBA Method was born: a four-step approach to Map What's Happening, Interrupt the Pattern in Real Time, Build Your Foundation, and Align with What Matters.
This is a practical, research-backed approach rooted in real life—for women who want to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting transformation, not just a quick fix.
