I'm María, and I help mothers find balance with who they are—the woman AND the mother. Not one or the other, but both.
I work with both body and mind. I don't believe we can think our way to calm — we become grounded when we are with what's happening in the body (your nervous system) AND the mind.
I'm a qualified psychologist with a Master's in Mindfulness-Based Interventions, an MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher, an ICF-accredited transformational coach, and trained in somatic healing practices including yoga and sound therapy.
