Maybe you recognise some of this.
The exhaustion that doesn't lift with sleep. Less patience than you'd like — snapping, then feeling worse about it after. Overthinking small decisions until they don't feel small anymore. Parts of motherhood landing differently than you expected, or a sense that you're not quite yourself lately.
Not all of it, maybe. Not all the time. But enough that you've noticed it changing how you show up — with your children, your partner, yourself.
None of that means you're failing, or that something's fundamentally wrong. Often, it's not that you don't know how you'd rather respond. It's what happens to that knowledge when things actually get hard.

Why I do this work
I recognise parts of this territory myself — the way pressure can narrow what feels possible, and the gap between how you want to respond and what actually happens when you're stretched thin.
It's part of why I trained the way I did: psychology, mindfulness and coaching, brought together rather than kept separate.
My work isn't about handing you more information, or telling you what you should be doing differently.
It's about slowing things down enough to see clearly what's happening — separating the thought from the fact, the pattern from the person — so there's more room around the automatic reactions, and more choice in how you act on what actually matters to you.

The M.I.B.A Method
This is the process underneath everything I do — four steps, used again and again as life keeps asking things of you.
MapÂ
Slow down enough to see what's actually happening — the pressures, thoughts, reactions and patterns underneath the moment.
Â
InterruptÂ
Create a little space around the automatic reaction, in real moments — enough room to respond rather than just be carried by it.
Â
BuildÂ
Strengthen what helps in practice:Â
perspective, self-support, boundaries, and the ability to access a useful response under pressure.
AlignÂ
Get clear on what genuinely matters.
Let your choices reflect those values — within the life you actually have, not an idealised one.
